Resource planning and scheduling is getting more and more mature and is on the radar of a growing number of companies.
Result: 2018 was a turning point for Binocs, from doubling the number of clients to tripping the number of planned assets.
Binocs is no longer the startup it used to be. We’re in full scale-up mode now! To realize true digitalization of the knowledge workplace, we’re working on the next generation of the product, but we also organized ourselves to be:
- reliable through dedicated quality assurance and a certified security management system
- efficient doing fast track implementations and teaching users via Binocs academy
- nearby with fast expert support and international presence
Binocs User Meeting
Being nearby also meant asking the question: How can we keep learning from and staying in touch with our growing user base? One of the answers was the Binocs User Meeting held the 21st and 22nd of May 2019.
During these 2 days, we had the opportunity to brief our community on future plans and recent evolutions of Binocs. It was also the perfect occasion to exchange views on the vision and the ambitions of our customers and prospects.
Over 60 people coming from Europe and the USA – participated, representing GSK, Novartis, Pfizer, Merck KGAA,, UCB, SGS, Ajinomoto Bio-Pharm services, Zinata, Efeso, Merus, Philip Morris International, Oxford Biomedica, Proximus, ML6….
One of our focus points was interactivity! Participants and speakers engaged in great customer presentations, round table discussions, product clinics and networking for a dynamic outcome of knowledge and experience! They added new perspectives, ideas, utilization of features and many more.
More than ever, this edition helped us to stimulate collaboration and even better understand the needs and challenges of our community. Finally, the reactions of our customers to new features reinforced us to provide the best resource planning tool for QC labs, R&D Cell & Gene, Regulatory Affairs and Grid/telecom operators.
The feedback we received was very positive and included numerous voicings of looking forward to the next edition.
