Binocs and COVID-19 – how do we work during a pandemic?
With COVID-19 continuing to impact people, countries, and businesses around the world, the Binocs team has taken all the precautionary measures to keep our employees and clients safe. That, however, doesn’t mean you should expect anything less from our side. Let us give you a quick update on our situation:
Binocs SaaS is running as usual and future updates will happen as planned.
We are as available as ever: support and delivery teams are working remotely, workshops will be done using virtual meeting rooms, … We are absolutely determined to face these challenging times and use virtual tools to our advantage.
Additional measures are taken to ensure continuity under all circumstances: product management, product development, SaaS operations, academy, support, delivery, account management, … will operate as usual.
All the above is to say: please do not hesitate to reach out, as you would normally do. Also support@mybinocs.com continues to be available.
Hannah is the Sales Development Representative for Binocs.
