AstraZeneca Forges Path Toward QC & Supply Chain Integration
At AstraZeneca, the Binocs implementation began with a proof of concept at three sites in 2022 and expanded to 21 rollouts across all remaining sites. The project aimed to enhance site and network planning visibility, establishing a single trusted source of truth for data and planning insights. This integration has led to more accountable and data-driven decision-making, aligning priorities and improving overall efficiency.
