Join our dynamic Group Services team as a HR Payroll Officer. You’ll strengthen the HR team, reporting to our Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Here’s what you’ll get up to:
What you’ll do
- Manage Payroll: With the help of our partners and our Comp&Ben Specialist, you’ll process and execute the payroll for our Belgian entity on a monthly basis with special attention to our mobility budget, fleet, net allowances…
- Payroll support for other countries: You will assist in managing our payroll processes in Ireland and the Netherlands.
- Absence Management: You will monitor and follow up on long-term absences, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Employee Support: You will serve as the first point of contact for all our fellow BeeCees inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, providing clear and timely information.
- Annual Projects: You will contribute to our annual HR and payroll projects such as the CAO 90 implementation, warrants, our end-of-year cycle…
- Contract Management: You will manage employee contracts, ensuring that all employment agreements are up to date and compliant with company and legal standards.
- Platform Maintenance: You’ll maintain and update all relevant payroll and HR platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Global Mobility: You will assist in Global Mobility tasks, including visa applications, relocation and expat cases and the set up of payroll operations in new countries.
Your skills
- You have a higher education degree and can look back at a first experience with payroll and administration.
- You have excellent Microsoft Office skills, and you have experience with an HRIS.
- Experience with global mobility is a plus.
- You are service-minded and passionate about informing and guiding employees.
- You have curious mindset and are eager to learn new processes and new payroll set ups.
- You like to work accurately with attention to detail.
- You are fluent in English and in Dutch.
