To strengthen our Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for an HR Talent Partner ICT who will be supporting the Bluecrux SaaS products.

Your role

As an experienced IT Recruiter at Bluecrux, you play a pivotal role in driving the full recruitment process for our ICT/tech profiles, specifically focusing on our SaaS products Binocs & Axon.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Spot the need, align with business stakeholders, reach out to potential candidates, in-depth interviewing, guide applicants through the process and bring them on board.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with freelance candidates, recruitment agencies, and IT consultancies and be the SPOC for contractor management.
  • Contribute to the Employer Branding Project team and help us create some tech-savvy content. Your mission? Make us the coolest kids on the IT block and make sure our unique Bluecrux vibe reaches the right audience.
  • As part of the Bluecrux HR team, you’re in on the HR plan action. Dive into the “HR as a Talent Partner” projects 20% of your time and help us sprinkle recruitment magic.

Your profile

To own this position, flaunt your:

  • Battle-Scarred XP: A minimum of 4 years in the trenches of ICT recruitment, be it in an agency or in-house, complemented by a higher education degree.
  • Tales of Triumph: Share your war stories of landing tech talents for software squads. Bonus points for epic sound effects.
  • Tech Acumen: Navigate tech platforms with finesse, design effective search strategies, and you are able to to distinguish between tech stacks such as React and Angular or Python and .NET.
  • People API: Manage stakeholders with the agility of an API, understanding candidate motivations and competencies while aligning seamlessly with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
  • Language skills: Speak English like it’s your second language (because it is). Bonus if you throw in some tech slang for good measure.
  • Tool Mastery: LinkedIn Recruiter is your sidekick, ATS is your command center, and GDPR compliance is your digital fortress.
  • Global Explorer: Rocked the recruitment scene in Belgium? Nice. If you’ve explored Ireland or the US, even better.
