Bluecrux expands Irish talent hub

Bluecrux, a leading provider of process & technology solutions in planning, operations, and transformation, is set to create about 50 jobs in Ireland by 2025. This further consolidates our global expansion plans.

In May 2021, we opened our first office in Ireland (Galway), followed by a second one in Dublin in March 2022. Given the global nature of our clients and their programs and deep domain expertise in leading companies in the US, Europe and Asia, this global expansion aligns with the focus to service and support client program delivery across Ireland and the UK region.

This is in recognition of the region’s unique characteristics as a highly concentrated cluster for both our strategic talent planning and the growth plans across our key industries (life sciences, manufacturing, CPG, food and beverages). Recognized by Gartner as a leader in our industry for both our service and technology solutions, Bluecrux maintains a leadership position through a rigorous and persistent business focus on customer intimacy and delivering superior customer value. Based on these plans, we are planning to have a team of 50+ employees in Ireland by 2025.

“Currently, we have a team of 11, but we expect to employ over 50 by the end of 2025 in our Galway and Dublin operations,” said Aaron O’Brien, managing director of Bluecrux Ireland. “In 2022, 15 new jobs will be taken up across a range of roles in management, commercial, software engineering, consulting and delivery, QA and customer success management.”

Koen Jaspers, co-founder and CEO of Bluecrux, added: “Ireland is a strategic talent hub to support the demand for our services and solutions that require highly educated and expert talent. Given the complex nature of the services and solutions we provide and the global landscape of the companies we partner with, Ireland provides critical and strategic access to a rich talent pool of professionals to support the growth of both our consulting practice and our SaaS solutions business for which we need exceptional software engineering and development talent.”

Next to Belgium, the Netherlands and New Jersey (US), Ireland is the fourth hub Bluecrux operates from globally. By recruiting the best talent for our consulting and engineering teams in Ireland, our new hires will further enhance the foundation from which to accelerate Bluecrux’s global expansion.
