Gartner Top 25: Transforming our customers’ supply chains into value chains

Each year, the Gartner Supply Chain Top 25 honors companies with the world’s most innovative, resilient, and high-performing supply chains. The 2025 edition is out and we’re incredibly proud to see five of our customers featured on this prestigious list:

  • AstraZeneca – #4
  • Johnson & Johnson – #5
  • Novartis – #16
  • Sanofi – #21
  • GSK – #24

We’re delighted that Gartner recognizes exactly what we see in our partners every day: a relentless drive for innovation, sustainability, and digital maturity in supply chain operations. Naturally, we’re also happy to reflect on the (small but significant) role that Bluecrux has played in helping these customers to transform their supply chains into true value chains

Real impact, real results

Over the last 10+ years, we’ve had the distinct privilege of co-creating significant breakthroughs alongside a range of global leaders in the pharma sector. Our stated goal of delivering meaningful value chain transformation is rooted in our ability to tackle their biggest supply chain challenges through targeted guidance and intervention at different levels. In each case, we rely on the application of the tools and processes that are best suited to the specific circumstances.

From next-generation and a cutting-edge supply chain analytics and decision intelligence platform, to the world’s leading AI-powered planning tool for QC lab orchestration and global operations optimization: we’ve consistently leveraged our deep expertise and advanced technological capacity to deliver real impact for our partners.

Here are just a few partnership examples with our clients in the Gartner list:

  • We have an ongoing relationship with AstraZeneca, where we support several important workstreams, including: consulting on their planning transformation journey; working to connect the dots across their supplier network collaboration program; and in delivering lab planning and deep synchronization between QC and Supply Chain with Binocs™. • Our story with Johnson & Johnson spans almost 15 years, in which time we’ve worked side-by-side with them to help redefine their end-to-end supply chain operations in an increasingly complex and unpredictable world: from the early days of looking into their distribution setup, co-driving their supply chain planning transformation; to more recent initiatives like optimizing clinical business operations (including cold chain management); strengthening their logistics and supplier network with CMOs; increasing their data maturity and now helping shape their S/4HANA transformation. In addition, our Axon ADM (Analytics and Decision Making) platform drives meanwhile more than 15 different use cases at J&J. Needless to say we’re proud to have been part of every milestone in J&J’s rise on the Gartner list.
  • Novartis has selected our #1 SaaS solution for QC lab scheduling, Binocs, to plan operations at laboratories in 8 countries (and counting) across their extensive global QC network. We’ve collaborated extensively with them to help optimize Quality processes as part of their comprehensive digital lean transformation and we are currently working to deliver operational support for their rapidly-expanding advanced therapies program.
  • We’re proud to support Sanofi’s bold ambition to become the #1 pharma tech player in the world. At the heart of this transformation is Axon, which provides them with the AI-powered digital backbone that enables process harmonization and intelligent decision-making across functions: from network planning and master data to production scheduling and inventory optimization, we’re helping Sanofi build the connected, agile operations needed to lead in the digital pharma era. • At GSK, we’ve been driving a global rollout of Binocs since the earliest days of our platform, helping to streamline and harmonize quality operations across their global network. But our impact doesn’t stop there because we also support GSK’s broader planning transformation by helping to evolve their supply chain capabilities with smarter, more connected planning processes that boost agility, efficiency, and scalability. Leaders choose to work with Leaders

This milestone isn’t just about recognition. It’s about the power of collaboration—when industry-leading organizations join forces with passionate, forward-thinking partners to make real transformation happen.

The supply chain successes of AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Sanofi, and GSK are the result of bold visions, shared trust, and relentless teamwork—and we’re honored to have played a part in those journeys. As a result, Gartner recognizes Bluecrux as a global Top 20 supply chain and operations transformation partner.

So to all the Bluecrux teams who contributed to these partnerships: thank you. Your dedication, expertise, and impact are what make this recognition possible. And to our customers, congratulations. You inspire all of us in the industry.

Let’s keep transforming supply chains into value chains, together.
