Bluecrux Ireland team moves into new office to support continued growth

Dublin, Ireland – The Bluecrux Ireland team has moved into a new office, marking an important step in its continued growth in Ireland.
The move follows Bluecrux Ireland’s recent recognition as a Best Workplace in Tech™ 2026 for the third consecutive year. It is also another step in building the Bluecrux culture locally, with a workspace shaped around the team’s input, day-to-day needs, and ways of working.
After a 12-month search, the Ireland team selected a bright, open, and modern space with room to grow over the coming years. The office layout was developed with support from the same team that was responsible for the design of the Bluecrux Belgium offices, helping create a workplace that feels connected to the wider Bluecrux identity, while still reflecting the specific needs of the Ireland team.
“We are thrilled with our new home and have settled in so quickly. The team is really happy,” said Aaron O’Brien, Managing Director UK and Ireland at Bluecrux. “We spent a lot of time over the past year getting their input and requirements to accommodate everything we needed as a team. The space feels exciting and welcoming, and really reflects our Bluecrux vibes through a modern, digital, fresh, productive, and open space.”

The new office also reflects a more sustainable approach to the workplace, with solar-powered heating and cooling, improved air filtration, and facilities that support easier commuting by bike, public transport, or electric vehicle.
For Bluecrux, the move reflects its continued investment in the Ireland team and the culture it is building locally. It creates a space where colleagues can connect, collaborate, and welcome future talent in an environment that feels distinctly Bluecrux.
