Janssen is Johnson and Johnson’s pharmaceutical sector business unit.

The corporation includes about 250 subsidiary companies with operations in 60 countries and products sold in over 175 countries.

    • Our client’s objective was to become more efficient, profitable and competitive by reorganizing its channel distribution across multiple warehouse locations in Europe
    • Both the physical network as well as the process and organization setup showed clear potential for consolidation, integration and standardisation
  • Solutions

    • We played a content & expertise role on customer-facing & distribution processes and organizational transformation going from business case development over process design towards implementation of the final solution & deployment
    • Design workshop facilitation, adequate business validation and clear stakeholder communication were key in the process to be successful
