Due to strong growth in the last couple of years, the consolidation of financial figures was becoming more and more challenging for the finance organization.

Every forecast and budget cycle numbers from all 20+ sites worldwide needed to be collected and all updates were done in Excel and shared via email. This took a lot of time and effort to reconcile so there was a high need do revise this approach.
