We are hiring for a .NET software architect to further develop our SaaS-solution Axon, a state-of-the-art digital supply chain twin.
Your role
As a software architect you:
- Use algorithms to solve complex problems and optimize performance.
- Create a robust and scalable system using data modelling techniques.
- Work closely with the product team and take full ownership from developing product features to final feature testing.
- Work closely with our (big) data integration team.
- Work with the lead architect to define our software architecture and tech stack.
- Apply event stream processing (ESP) in order to leverage high-velocity event data to drive big data analytics and enable real-time decision-making.
- Make sure the backend is fully integrated with our React frontend.
- Deliver clean, production-quality code.
- Communicate on aspects such as progress and potential risks.
Your skills
- At least 8 years of experience in software development.
- Expertise in .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Security, preferably oAuth.
- Experience with big data and event stream processing.
- Experience with design patterns.
- Experience with data modelling.
- Knowledge of graph theory.
- Experience with DevOps and microservices using Kubernetes.
- Experience with coaching/leading a team is a big plus.
- You are not afraid to take ownership.
- You communicate easily in English.
- You have a master’s degree in IT.
