Your role

By joining our HR team, you will work closely together with our Head of HR to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. You will assist in developing and implementing HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives.

Your key responsibilities :

✔ Business partnering & HR Standards:

  • Point of contact/”go-to-person” for the full Bluecrux team on any HR topics
  • Ensure that HR policies and processes are followed
  • Make judgment calls on individual cases/exceptions
  • KPI management
  • Business Partner for our Managing Directors in each region, as your role has a global scope
  • Drive HR Projects and assist in the day-to-day operational HR activities
  • Gatekeeper of HR policies, rules, and regulations and ensured streamlined processes in all regions
  • Assure policies are up to date and market conform (e.g. travel policy, expense policy, car policy, …)

✔ Compensation & Benefits:

  • Create and organize salary offers and apply our salary policy
  • Communicate on changes in the salary package, assess the right approach on specific topics
  • Co-Lead our yearly process of salary increases and promotions

✔ Career and performance management:

  • Manage and drive the performance management process in terms of content, timeline, and role & support the management
  • Ensure updated career paths to enable Management in their performance discussions
  • Manage the onboarding & offboarding process

Your skills

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A proven experience as an HR Business Partner or as an HR consultant
  • Sound knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices
  • You are experienced in driving HR processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Priority setting is second nature, and your attention to detail excels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet urgent deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent people management and stakeholder management skills
  • Sound organisational and decision-making skills
  • You identify with our values of taking ownership and working with a smile. Above all, you are professional in your communication and can be trusted with confidential information
  • You choose one of our offices (Mechelen or Aalst) as your main office location & visit the other location regularly (1x per week) in combination with home office
