Bluecrux is a fast-growing consulting & technology company headquartered in Belgium. We are the market leader in supply chain consultancy, and we have two innovative SaaS products (Binocs & Axon), both of which are developed in-house.

As part of this plan, we’re looking for a new Content Specialist!

Your role

We strongly believe that content is the new gold! That’s why, as a Content Specialist, you will have a huge impact on the Bluecrux growth story, primarily by:

  • producing well-researched SEO content that drives traffic, conversions, and sales;
  • continuously monitoring what works and what doesn’t, with the freedom to experiment, fail, and improve;
  • ensuring consistency of content messaging, positioning, and tone of voice;
  • maintaining a consistently high quality of content, including by proof-reading copy produced by other colleagues;
  • having a passion for the latest industry trends and hot topics;
  • being responsible for industry research, interviewing key stakeholders, and repurposing content into different formats;
  • analyzing and reporting on key SEO data, proposing plans to improve continuously;
  • working with our lead content strategist to develop an editorial calendar that attracts, nurtures, and convinces prospects;
  • helping to elevate and sustain Bluecrux’s image as an industry Thought Leader. 

Your skills

  • You have established work experience of minimum 2 years in writing content, either copywriting in a marketing context or as a journalist;
  • You are creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about content;
  • Our content and culture are English-based, so a perfect /near-native level of English is a must;
  • Needless to say, you’re already a fantastic writer with a well-developed mastery of the language;
  • You have a ‘journalistic’ mindset:
    • You’re comfortable with the fact that you won’t always have the expertise to create “expert” content, but you’re able to ask the right people the right questions to get what you need to produce quality content;
    • You’re not afraid to reach out to others to get the right information, whether its interviewing industry leaders or seeking insights from colleagues;
  • Prior experience writing for a B2B context or producing in-depth content is a big plus!
  • You have excellent time management skills with a focus on delivering to deadlines;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience.
