Our client’s objective was to become more efficient, profitable and competitive by reorganizing its channel distribution across multiple warehouse locations in Europe. Both the physical network as well as the process and organization setup showed clear potential for consolidation, integration and standardisation.
We played a content & expertise role on customer-facing & distribution processes and organizational transformation going from business case development over process design towards implementation of the final solution & deployment. Design workshop facilitation, adequate business validation and clear stakeholder communication were key in the process to be successful, as well as tight program management and change control.
